One example makes the album layout in photoshop like the above are as follows:
1. select the menu File > New to create a new document. This time I made the A4 size.
2. Click Create a new layer to create a new layer. Change the name layer :Frame
3. Click Rectangular Marquee Tool and create a box-shaped selection area. Press Alt + Backspace to fill areas with color.
4. Create a third object of the other box on this frame layer.
5. Select menu File > Open to open prewedding photo.
6. Press Ctrl+A dan Ctrl+C for selecting the object image
7. Click Magic Wand Tool and click on one of the boxes for selecting.
Select Edit menu> Paste Into to put the object image copy of the results in the selection area.
9. Press Ctrl + T, press shift and slide the handle of the picture box to set the size of the object image.
10. Do the same for other areas that have not been filled.

Steps we are almost done, for finishing, give effect brush as you see fit.
The one I use here is a watercolor effect.
